2. Vučić announces a Shareholder Fund payment of 6,000 dinars on September 22
Serbian president Aleksandar Vučić said a 6,000-dinar payment from the Shareholder Fund is planned for September 22. The law would need to change for all adults to be covered. The Economy Ministry clarified that the number of shares does not itself increase the amount: a higher payment is possible only through inherited entitlement; this is an announced plan, not an approved payment.
Interior minister Ivica Dačić said police are ready to sell LRAD devices because the law does not permit their use. N1 records this as a statement about a possible sale, not a sale decision; the minister again denied the devices were used.
The Statistical Office reported Serbia's average May net wage at 118,398 dinars and the median at 93,277 dinars. That means half of employees received no more than the median amount.
EPS Distribucija lists planned works in Savski Venac, Novi Beograd, Zemun, Obrenovac and Surčin. The longest window is on Batajnički Drum in Zemun, from 05:30 to 19:30; the list covers specific addresses, not whole municipalities.
The concert “Myths, Legends and Fairy Tales in Music” starts at 20:00 at the Novi Sad Synagogue. Danas and Novosti report free admission; the programme includes works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Sergei Prokofiev.
The University of Niš reported 1,629 places open for the 2026/27 academic year. The second admissions round runs from September 1 to 18: applications are due September 1–4 and entrance exams are scheduled for September 7–11.
Family and Demography Minister Jelena Žarić Kovačević said that 889 children in Serbia are receiving timely support from the Alimony Fund. She said 54,209,260 dinars have been paid since the state became the payment guarantor; the government relayed the figures.
Petition organisers said that about 2,000 Zaječar residents signed in three hours and that roughly 300 comments were collected on the planned expansion of Čukaru Peki and Malka Golaja. These are figures from civic groups, not an official decision on the plan.
