The July 6 morning edition is assembled: the parent-caregiver bill, GSP talks, the parliament agenda, Belgrade utility services, Novi Sad's traffic feed, Obrenovac transport changes, and the day's thunderstorm forecast.
- 08:21 AM
Created the daily issue for 2026-07-06. Add cards as the source check progresses.
- 08:38 AM
The morning pass added seven cards: on gaps in the parent-caregiver bill, today's GSP workers' meeting with Vucic, the 18-item agenda of parliament's extraordinary session, water faults across 12 Belgrade municipalities, 021's service feed with new Novi Sad roadworks, Obrenovac bus reroutes for the Petrovdanski fair, and the after-midday showers-and-thunder forecast. Checked N1, Danas, Kurir, Novosti, Google Trends, Beograd.rs, and 021; no Google Trends topic qualified for publication.
- 08:44 AM
The late QA check of mutable sources required no factual edits: the 021 Novi Sad traffic card kept the same final/canonical URL and the same headline, `Poranile patrole i radari, a ima i novih radova: Šta se dešava u saobraćaju u Novom Sadu i okolini`, with latest visible timestamp now `07:40` and modifiedAt `2026-07-06T07:58:48+02:00`. Both Beograd.rs service pages also stayed on the same canonical URLs: the water page still carries `ВОДОВОД И КАНАЛИЗАЦИЈА: Кварови на мрежи за 6. јул 2026. године` with publishedAt `2026-07-06T01:40:52+02:00` and lastEdit `2026-07-06T01:43:59+02:00`, while the Obrenovac page keeps `САОБРАЋАЈ И ПРЕВОЗ: Промена режима рада линија јавног превоза у Обреновцу` with publishedAt `2026-07-06T01:45:32+02:00` and lastEdit `2026-07-06T01:52:45+02:00`.

N1 reports that the draft law on parent-caregiver status is reaching a vote for the first time after 13 years of waiting. The proposal introduces a 65,000-dinar payment and social contributions, but parents warn that families without the required disability category, retired parents, and some relatives would be left out, while leave, sick leave, and respite-care questions remain unresolved.

(Roditelji negovatelji čekali zakon 13 godina - sada upozoravaju na propuste)
N1 reports that the draft law on parent-caregivers is going to parliament with a 65,000-dinar payment and social contributions, which parents describe as the first recognition of their unpaid work. At the same time, Ana Knezevic of the Evo ruka movement and Ana Lakic warn that eligibility is tied to a formal disability category and enhanced care allowance, which could leave some families, retired parents, and some relatives outside the scheme. The article also lists unresolved questions around leave, sick leave, respite care, pensions, and inheritance.

N1 reports that representatives of GSP workers are due to meet Aleksandar Vucic at 11:00, after gathering near Andricev venac at 10:30. Unions and associations are demanding that the PPP tender be stopped, that four central trolleybus lines not be handed to a private operator, that at least 90 new trolleybuses and 300 buses be purchased, and that the state guarantee GSP lines will not be transferred to private companies.

N1: GSP workers have a meeting with Vucic today on the future of city transport
(Danas sastanak predstavnika zaposlenih u GSP sa Vučićem - na dnevnom redu ključna pitanja o budućnosti gradskog prevoza)
N1 reports that representatives of GSP workers are gathering near Andricev venac at 10:30 and are due to meet Aleksandar Vucic at 11:00; in Ivan Bankovic's telling, the meeting should not be merely protocol because the future structure of city transport is at stake. The article repeats the demands submitted on June 24: stop the PPP tender, keep four central trolleybus lines out of private hands, buy at least 90 trolleybuses and 300 buses, and provide state guarantees against further line transfers to private operators. N1 also notes that the cabinet had earlier asked manufacturers and importers for data on prices, delivery times, technical specifications, and infrastructure.
