1. Low Danube cuts Đerdap 1 output to one third

On the Bezdan–Bogojevo stretch, the Danube fell to minus 120 cm. N1 reports that Đerdap 1 output has dropped to one third; EPS says electricity supply will remain stable, but shallow water is already hampering shipping and fuel deliveries.

4. Six bus routes change in Barajevo until July 31

Because of emergency works in Barajevo from July 25 to 31, between 07:00 and 15:00, routes 5520A, 5520, 5521, 5522 and 5528 use temporary alignments. Route 5521A is temporarily suspended, with its vehicles operating on route 5521.

5. Serbia confirms its first sheep-and-goat-pox outbreak of 2026 in Raška

The Agriculture Ministry confirmed Serbia’s first sheep-and-goat-pox outbreak of 2026 at one holding in the Raška municipality; three outbreaks were recorded in the Raška district in 2025. The ministry says veterinary services collected samples after changes were noticed in the animals, and all 67 sheep and 60 lambs at the holding were euthanized to contain the infection.
