On the Bezdan–Bogojevo stretch, the Danube fell to minus 120 cm. N1 reports that Đerdap 1 output has dropped to one third; EPS says electricity supply will remain stable, but shallow water is already hampering shipping and fuel deliveries.
A support gathering for Aleksandar Vasov was held in Dimitrovgrad on the evening of July 25. Participants link it to a column by SNS MP Nebojša Bakarec and subsequent coverage; activist Sergej Ivanov said more than 200 people came from Dimitrovgrad, Pirot and Niš.
Four pupils from Belgrade, Novi Sad and Zrenjanin won three gold medals and one bronze at the international OlympiadUSA mathematics competition, held in Houston from July 10 to 14.
Because of emergency works in Barajevo from July 25 to 31, between 07:00 and 15:00, routes 5520A, 5520, 5521, 5522 and 5528 use temporary alignments. Route 5521A is temporarily suspended, with its vehicles operating on route 5521.
The Agriculture Ministry confirmed Serbia’s first sheep-and-goat-pox outbreak of 2026 at one holding in the Raška municipality; three outbreaks were recorded in the Raška district in 2025. The ministry says veterinary services collected samples after changes were noticed in the animals, and all 67 sheep and 60 lambs at the holding were euthanized to contain the infection.
