1. Memorial day underway in Potocari: ten victims to be buried

A commemoration marking the 31st anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide is underway at the Potocari Memorial Centre on July 11, where the remains of ten newly identified victims are due to be buried. N1 and Danas report that 6,772 victims have been buried there so far, while a 2024 UN General Assembly resolution established July 11 as the International Day of Reflection and Commemoration of the Srebrenica Genocide.

2. Serbian MUP urges people not to burn grass: about 12,500 fires recorded this year

Serbia's Interior Ministry emergency sector told Kurir that more than 17,000 emergencies have been recorded this year, including about 12,500 fires and almost 7,500 in open areas. It urged people not to burn grass, low vegetation, or crop residue, and not to light fires in or at the edge of forests.

Belgrade's July 11 service notice lists repair work until 15:00 at addresses in Savski Venac, Palilula, Cukarica, Rakovica, New Belgrade, Zemun, Grocka, and Barajevo. The list includes Durmitorska 3, Mirijevsko brdo bb, Ada ciganlija 2, two addresses in Resnik, Narodnih heroja bb, Cetinjska 48, and locations in Kaludjerica, Lestane, and Meljak; the city says nearby streets are affected too.

City of Belgrade: water faults on July 11

The official city notice says faults through 15:00 affect named addresses in eight municipalities and nearby streets. It also publishes a tanker schedule including Kovilovo, Ritopek, Mali Mokri Lug, Radiofar, Sremcica, Velika Mostanica, and points in Zvezdara and New Belgrade.

4. Belgrade: from July 13, trolleybus 21 is suspended and bus 20 is rerouted

From July 13 to 17, the Mis Irbijeva section between Krizaniceva and Vojislava Ilica will be closed for phase three of routine works. Trolleybus route 21 will be temporarily suspended, while bus 20 will run both ways via Vojislava Ilica and Ustanicka before returning to its regular route, using existing stops on the diversion.

City of Belgrade: phase three works in Mis Irbijeva

The city said it will close the Mis Irbijeva segment from Krizaniceva to Vojislava Ilica from July 13 to 17. Route 21 is temporarily suspended, while bus 20 will run via Vojislava Ilica and Ustanicka using existing stops.
