The July 10 FULL pass added four cards: on the launch of the Ko si bre ti portal for anonymous reports of corruption and abuse, African swine fever risk in Srem, Macva, part of the Kolubara District and Belgrade, reduced water pressure in Novi Sad and lower Petrovaradin through the evening, and daytime traffic restrictions between Kovilj and Maradik through July 15. Checked N1, Danas, Kurir, Novosti, Google Trends Serbia, Beograd.rs, 021, and the City of Novi Sad website.
- 07:02 PM
The DELTA check confirmed unchanged facts and canonical URLs for two live 021 reports: on water pressure in Novi Sad and restrictions between Kovilj and Maradik. The water card was put in the past tense because its published window ended at 18:00; the source has not published a separate confirmation of normalization.

Under the published schedule, the Bačka side of Novi Sad and lower Petrovaradin could have had low pressure or no water on July 10 from 08:00 to 18:00. The utility linked the restriction to pipeline reconstruction at the old Strand filtration station and expected the network to stabilize in the evening; eight drinking-water tankers were placed at Futog Market, Trg slobode, Betanija, the Clinical Centre, and four other points.
