Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric said Washington had decided to start a Serbia-US strategic dialogue, with the first session set for Friday, July 17. The announcement describes a new level of institutional cooperation, while the first session's detailed agenda has not yet been published.

Residents of Nestin and Vizic will continue blocking the road and border crossing: the 90-days-in-180 rule disrupts their daily transit through Croatia to Backa Palanka. Ivica Dacic said the two countries are discussing special permits; residents welcomed the talks but said they need an urgent solution.

Belgrade is carrying out works in the protection zone of a water network, closing and excavating parts of the carriageway and some parking spaces. Maruliceva, part of Milesevska, and Tomasa Jeza in Vracar are affected; depending on the location, restrictions run to late July or August 31.
