021 reports that Faculty of Dramatic Arts professor Stevan Filipović was beaten in central Belgrade on the evening of 5 August. The Niš Court of Appeal upheld the Higher Court in Negotin and finally ended proceedings against Radoslav Dragijević. N1 relays a Nova.rs report quoting the court spokesperson: the prosecution’s appeal was dismissed because the courts found insufficient evidence for charges of failing to report a crime and assisting after its commission.
