Belgrade’s Third Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office opened a case after a complaint against SNS leader Miloš Vučević following N1’s report on cash payments to participants at a rally in Belgrade Arena. Prosecutors withheld procedural details, citing a risk to the inquiry into a possible offence.
Belgrade’s Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office said lawyer Vladimir Cvijan died by drowning and that no evidence of a crime was found; the case was archived in 2018. This is the office’s response to public murder claims, not a new court ruling.
