Beograd na vodi gets permit for complex on former BAS bus-station site

Danas reports that Belgrade's Secretariat for Urbanism and Construction Affairs issued Beograd na vodi a permit on June 23 for a residential and business complex in Karadjordjeva Street on the former main BAS bus-station site; the decision was published on June 24. The complex is planned in seven phases and includes five buildings with eight floors and a recessed floor, a shared two-level underground garage, 629 apartments, 26 business premises, and 823 parking spaces. By building, the figures are 99 apartments and 4 premises in B01, 148 and 7 in B02, 115 and 4 in B03, 138 and 6 in B04, and 129 and 5 in B05; estimated works are valued at 9.4 billion dinars. The company applied on June 4, location conditions were issued in July 2024 and changed in December 2024, May 2025, and May 2026, and BAS moved from Savski trg to Block 42 in September 2024.
