From July 6, Surcin temporarily moves a stop in Vojvodjanska

Beoinfo reports that because of phase-one paving and street works in Vojvodjanska Street in Surcin, traffic organization and passenger access will change from July 6 to 17. Public transport routes stay the same, but the 'Vikend naselje' stop toward the city is temporarily moved about 65 meters forward, closer to the 5. oktobra intersection.

From July 6, trolleybus 21 is temporarily suspended in Mis Irbijeva

Beoinfo reports that phase-one road works in Mis Irbijeva will close the section from Marčanska to Dr Velizara Kosanovića from July 6 to 9. During that period trolleybus 21 is temporarily suspended, while bus 20 keeps running on its regular route.

Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium students describe 18 months of crisis

Danas reports that Prijatelji dece Srbije, at the initiative of the parents' council, conducted research after 18 months of crisis at the Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium. Focus groups included 26 students from 15 classes and all four grades, with 23 participants completing an additional questionnaire; 78.3% said the situation has a very or extremely negative effect on learning motivation, while 91.3% said they do not receive timely information about class organization.

RHMZ warns of showers, hail, and storm wind on July 2

After the front moved through overnight, Serbia remains unstable on July 2: N1 reports showers and thunderstorms, possible hail, and storm-force gusts, while Belgrade is separately under a warning for locally heavier showers, thunderstorms, and brief strong northwest wind. Kurir reports severe weather in Mladenovac and RHMZ warnings for Belgrade, with temperatures after the heat dropping to about 26-29 C.

GSP: official invitation to meet Vucic has not arrived yet

GSP Centar union president Ivan Bankovic told N1 that no official invitation to a meeting with Aleksandar Vucic had arrived by publication time, even though July 2 is the deadline Vucic named for responding to public-transport workers' demands. The June 24 demands remain the same: stop the PPP tender, do not transfer four trolleybus lines to a private operator, buy at least 90 autonomous-capable trolleybuses and 300 buses, and guarantee that GSP lines will no longer be handed to private operators.

Water and soil spotted by the Usce aquarium site; residents call a July 5 protest

N1 reports that near the future aquarium construction site in Usce park, next to the former Hotel Jugoslavija site, a large amount of soil, a stream of water coming from the ground, a fenced hole, pipes, and a generator are visible, but no workers were on site. Igor Andjelic from Zbor Batajnica said activists will try to compare the tree map and check reports that two trees were removed; residents are being invited to a "Save Usce" protest at 18:00 on July 5 outside the Usce shopping center.
