Belgrade water faults are split into two repair windows: 15:00 and 22:00

Belgrade's city portal splits the July 5 faults into two deadlines: until 15:00, it lists addresses in Palilula, Zvezdara, Vozdovac, Zemun, Barajevo, and Surcin, while until 22:00 it lists additional addresses in Palilula, Zvezdara, Vozdovac, Cukarica, Rakovica, Zemun, Barajevo, and Surcin. Nearby streets may also be affected; the tanker schedule on the same page is separately dated July 6 until 15:00.

A Rakovica protest demanded the police chief's removal

On the evening of July 4, a protest was held outside the Rakovica police station over what participants say was the police response to the late-April attack on activist Vojislav Zdravkovski in Resnik. N1 reports that signature collection for the removal of station chief Milan Pekovic began after the main part of the rally, while Danas says about 250 people attended and that Gordana Djokic was taken into the station after chanting during the protest.

Teatro Praga withdraws from the 59th BITEF citing pressure on culture

N1 and 021 report that the Portuguese collective Teatro Praga has withdrawn from the 59th BITEF and pulled its production Audição from the program. The artists cite censorship, pressure on cultural workers, and interference by the authorities and public institutions in culture; 021 adds that selector Spasoje Ž. Milovanović says festival preparations are continuing as planned.

From July 6, the Ostruznica interchange closes the exit toward Obrenovac

N1, citing Putevi Srbije, reports that because of the third phase of works at the Ostruznica interchange, the exit toward Obrenovac from the Novi Sad and Nis directions will be closed from Monday, July 6 at 08:00 until Saturday, July 11 at 16:00. Drivers will be rerouted via the Surcin jug interchange, the Milos Veliki motorway, and the Obrenovac interchange.

Belgrade again offers free bulky-waste pickup on July 4-5

Beoinfo reminds residents that during the first weekend of July, JKP Gradska čistoća is offering free bulky-waste pickup across Belgrade. Residents can leave couches, wardrobes, dressers, and other large items next to the nearest containers or in front of their yards and report the amount and location through the 11-0-11 service center, municipal depot phone lines, or the company's Instagram account.

From July 6, Surcin temporarily moves a stop in Vojvodjanska

Beoinfo reports that because of phase-one paving and street works in Vojvodjanska Street in Surcin, traffic organization and passenger access will change from July 6 to 17. Public transport routes stay the same, but the 'Vikend naselje' stop toward the city is temporarily moved about 65 meters forward, closer to the 5. oktobra intersection.
