021 writes that lawyer and Novi Sad assemblies activist Srdjan Kovacevic announced a request to recuse the entire commission, especially its president Radoje Dabetic. According to Kovacevic, Dabetic is in a direct conflict of interest because of earlier work for legal entities connected with financing the plan, including Neimar and Aleksandar gradnja; he also mentioned ownership by Matijevic and Aleksandar gradnja. After the request was submitted to the Assembly registry office, the commission replied that the request was legitimate but that the City Assembly, which appointed the commission, must decide; the public hearing then continued, and by the end, according to 021, all residents left the session and only the commission remained.
