Novi Sad na vodi planning session moved to June 30 after a flood of objections

According to the outlet, several thousand objections were filed, while the project envisions housing and business buildings, including P+8 and P+14 heights, a 150 million euro investment, and more than 7,500 future residents.

021 reports that the Planning Commission session was supposed to take place on Thursday, June 18, but because of the large number of objections it was moved to Tuesday, June 30, at 09:00; the venue remains the Blue Hall of the Novi Sad Assembly. Five urban-planning decisions are due to be discussed, with the most visible item being the draft general-regulation plan for the citywide center and sports-recreation content along Bulevar despota Stefana. On the western side, where Mornarica now stands, family housing and business buildings of P+8 and P+14 are planned; on the former Neimar factory site, apartments, business premises, and public areas are planned. According to 021, the investment is worth 150 million euros, planners expect more than 7,500 residents, and several thousand objections were submitted for the Bulevar despota Stefana plan.
