Petrol gets more expensive: fuel prices published through July 3

(Benzin poskupeo: Objavljene cene goriva koje će važiti do 3. jula)

Danas reports the new maximum fuel prices: from 15:00 on June 26 until 15:00 on Friday, July 3, a liter of eurodiesel will cost up to 217 dinars and a liter of Europremium BMB petrol 193 dinars. The previous week eurodiesel was 217 dinars and petrol 191 dinars, so diesel is unchanged while petrol is 2 dinars higher. The paper links recent movements to the global oil market after the US-Israeli attack on Iran, the closure of the Strait of Hormuz through which 20% of world oil passes, and then falling prices from June 11 after signals of a US-Israel-Iran agreement; a temporary memorandum was signed on June 17 and the strait has reopened.
