A metro exhibition space is being prepared at Slavija, but no opening date is given

N1 reported that JP Beogradski metro i voz is preparing premises under the Slavija square plateau as a future "Belgrade metro exhibition space", but the company did not answer what it will be for or when it will open. Milos Vuckovic of Kreni-promeni called it a "Potemkin village" and again tied the dispute to metro delays and the first line routed through Belgrade Waterfront instead of Prokop and the Clinical Center of Serbia.

A metro exhibition space is being prepared at Slavija: a "Potemkin village" waits for the boring machines

(Priprema se izložbeni prostor metroa na Slaviji: "Potemkinovo selo" čeka krtice)

N1 writes that JP Beogradski metro i voz is preparing to open an exhibition space in central Belgrade, in premises under the Slavija square plateau toward the National Bank of Serbia building; the entrance doors and glass have already been covered with metro drawings. The outlet says the exact purpose of the space and the opening date are still not known, and the company had not answered those questions by publication at 14:55 on June 14. Milos Vuckovic of Kreni-promeni, previously linked to the Po meri metro initiative, called the exhibition salon another "Potemkin village" by city and republican authorities who remember large infrastructure projects before elections. He also recalled that the authorities have been announcing the metro since 2016, while he sees the first line's route through Belgrade Waterfront instead of the new Prokop station and the Clinical Center of Serbia as a key problem.
