Beograd na vodi paid the state only EUR 31.7m in dividends over 12 years

N1 and Danas, relaying Radar's figures, write that since the project began in 2014, Beograd na vodi has paid just over RSD 3.7bn, or just under EUR 31.7m, in dividends into Serbia's budget. Against the backdrop of a claimed 10,000 apartments sold and a record EUR 163.8m profit for 2025, the sources stress the gap between the project's scale and its public return; the state could receive about another RSD 1.55bn by the end of 2026.

On July 9, Belgrade has no-water addresses in 13 municipalities until 15:00 and 22:00

Belgrade's official July 9 service page now runs two outage blocks: some addresses are due back by 15:00, but a second list stretches to 22:00 and expands the scope to 13 municipalities, including Surcin. In the updated list, alongside Prizrenska bb, Kursumlijska bb, Cvijiceva 96, Jovana Meteorite bb in Sremcica, Majora Branka Vukosavljevica 104, and Rabina Alkalaja 3, there are now addresses such as Karadjordjeva bb, Studentska 41, Vrtlarska 5a, and Boljevci; the city still warns that nearby streets are affected too, while tankers are assigned to Kovilovo, Ritopek, Mali Mokri Lug, Radiofar, and points in Cukarica.

Through July 9, eight routes are diverted because of works on Bulevar umetnosti

Belgrade's public-transport secretariat is keeping the detour for routes 17, 68, 71, 74, 75, ADA 5, 72N, and 603N through the end of July 9 because of works on Bulevar umetnosti between Bulevar Mihajla Pupina and Bulevar Zorana Djindjica. The junction with Bulevar Zorana Djindjica remains closed to the main flow, and the diversions run via Spanskih boraca, Omladinskih brigada, and Bulevar Mihajla Pupina; a temporary Spanskih boraca 1 stop is operating on Spanskih boraca.

Part of Vracar will be without water on July 10 from 08:00 to 18:00

Beograd.rs is warning in advance about planned water-network works in Vracar on Friday, July 10: from 08:00 to 18:00, Tomasa Jeza and Pozarevacka from Radoslava Grujica to Ljubostinjska will be without water. A tanker is promised for drinking water, and the utility asks residents to prepare a day's supply.

Some Belgrade water faults run until 22:00

Beograd.rs's July 8 service page is no longer limited to one window ending at 15:00. The main daytime block runs across addresses in 12 municipalities until 15:00, while a second list lasts until 22:00 for points in Savski venac, Vracar, Palilula, Zvezdara, Vozdovac, Cukarica, Rakovica, Novi Beograd, Zemun, Grocka, and Barajevo. The city separately says nearby streets are also affected, while tankers are assigned to Kovilovo, Ritopek, Mali Mokri Lug, Radiofar, Sremcica, and Velika Mostanica.

Planned Belgrade power cuts on July 9 affect Vozdovac, Zemun, Grocka, Surcin, and Lazarevac

The City of Belgrade has published a July 9 schedule of planned electricity cuts with several different windows. The longest daytime block is in Grocka, running 08:30-16:00 for a long address list in Kaludjerica, Lestane, and Vinca; separate windows are listed for Vozdovac, two Zemun groups, Surcin, and several distinct slots in Lazarevac and Lajkovac.
