He said that on the morning of June 28 he was not allowed through the Topcider barracks checkpoint onto a bus for the military range, despite being accredited. Lukac says he received no explanation, links the case to the Military Security Agency and people in the Defense Ministry, and announced criminal complaints against Bratislav Gasic, the head of the Public Relations Directorate, and the VBA director.
